Berlin Weltballon

If you are living Berlin you will notice that on sunny days with clear weather conditions this baloon will suddenly appear on the sky. I walked by the place where it’s located so I decided to take a picture. It is not a real baloon cause you will not be able to fly around. It just goes up an down because it is on a rope. The exact location is next to the Bundesrat building. Enjoy.
